DELIVERY WITHOUT DEVICE INSIDE THE BOX

I have just received my online delivery of a very EXPENSIVE device and opened the box to find the box sealed was broken and the product is not inside. So where is my device? How can you send out an order without ensuring the box is sealed and that the device is actually inside the box.

This is abosultely disgusting that you can ***** a customer like this. I want my device urgently!
