Delivery went missing

Our Black Friday TV that was ordered never arrived. Apparently the truck got hijacked (hope the driver is OK) but they've just refunded us blatantly indicating that our delivery went missing. Eventually managed to contact somebody who then advised the truck was hijacked. Why can't we get another TV? Surely there's insurance in place for this? Where are we to find a deal like that again? Very disheartened and disappointed with this careless attitude and "it is what it is" attitude from takealot!
