Delivery to wrong address.

In one week I had two orders delivered by Fast and Furious to two incorrect addresses. I called Takealot to complain and they followed up with Fast and Furious. I received feedback and it was said that Fast and Furious had confirmed that it was delivered directly to me - this is a blatant lie and Takealot just accepted their feedback and nothing more was done. Both of my orders were delivered to people at different houses, unknown to me, these people brought the parcels to my house as they were asked by Fast and Furious to sign for it. One box was even opened by the unknown people where the order was delivered at. If this happens again then I will not be ordering from Takealot again.
