DELIVERY TO A WRONG ADDRESS??????

Theres a reason we put an address when placing an order, so I fail to understand delivery to a wrong address. I have been ordering with no delivery problems hence I do not understand what changed now. Laziness/incompetency on your drivers which inconveniences customers is unacceptable.
