Delivery times despicable service

Takealot has dropped its service delivery. I always have my orders delivered with issues or split to be delivered when I am not home. They can never give a delivery time do sit and wait...this is not customer service. I will stop ordering from them now. Never had issues before and last 3 times was an ********! I have come to not like takealot now!
