Delivery time

<p>I have been waiting for my order which stated it would be shipped in 5-7 working days. It's the second week now and there is no delivery status on the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been attempting to get into contact with Takealot but that is all in vain. One cannot call nor email them but simply has to wait for a delivery indefinitely.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to cancel the order now because it was a birthday present and the birthday has now passed but I cannot cancel it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worse service delivery ever! </p>
