The delivery service is seriously appalling. I waited for my delivery the whole day and when I called I was told that my order is on it's way. I receive a message at 18:28 that my delivery will be rescheduled because I was unavailable. The worst thing is there was no attempt made to reach me on my phone because I was literally glued to my phone the entire day waiting for the useless driver to call. This is so frustrating because I don't even use the delivery option,. I prefer to collect my orders from pick up points for exactly this reason however with this order, only the delivery option was applicable.
