Delivery taking close to 2 weeks

I have been ordering items from Takealot. Two weeks ago, i order items and collected the following day as i have paid extra for quick delivery. Now i have ordered an item on the 23 November. The expected delivery date is the 5 December. The sad part is that when i was ordering, they said the product can be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Why? is it because i am eligible for a free delivery? I can't be suffering because of free deliveries. You should have given me an option to pay for the delivery. I need the product. If i find the same product elsewhere, i will return this one from Takealot. There is no support from Takealot. No contact number to call and get to understand why the long wait.
