Delivery - Takealot - bad service and rude consultants

My partner is 9 months pregnant and expecting a second child. I bought a stroller for her since she will be having a c-section and needs the stroller. it took takealot ages to deliver and also when the item was delivered the item was damaged and had to request for the item to be collected for a replacement, the item was collected after days and i had to call and follow up even details are not updated on the app. Called and spoke to about 5 people and no one is helping today is the 14th of March but my item should be sent to me by the 24 or 25th which is more than a month since i ordered this stroller. The service is a mess and so disappointed
