Delivery System at Takealot is Pathetic

Good day,

Your delivery system needs to be sorted out.

I placed an order for a cellphone, same-day delivery. instead of entering the delivery address stated to deliver, they call. The reason for ordering a phone for same-day delivery is because I do not have a phone!!!!!

Now the phone is gone back to the branch and out of the 100's of people working there, no-one can give me a straight answer as to when I will receive my order.
