Delivery sucks

You pay for delivery but they stand at the road and call that you should come to collect when you tell them to come in and deliver, it doesn't matter why you can't got to collect they say they can't come in the complex to deliver at your door then they write unable to deliver as the person was unavailable, I'm going to stop ordering from takealot
