Delivery sucks

So we've been using takealot for many years never had issues with deliveries. However for the past month all we have are issues with deliveries.

1st incident, my husband placed the order shows they on their way to us delivery never shows up. We call them, courier says they were here, bare in mind that i am home all day every day, nobody showed up. Delivery on for the next day, still nothing, call again, apparently theres no house number on there after they were here the day before as they claimed. Eventually we got the delivery.

Then placed an order last week both myself and my husband, delivery date scheduled for today 23rd april. Hubby gets am email to say it's been rescheduled to the 7th may. Today i track my parcel and it says delivery is the 7th may, after they said 23rd april and after we confirmed there i stock in cape town. So why must we wait 2 weeks for a delivery and to top it all you cannot cancel an order after it was placed.

What **** is that?????

Clearly i will not be making use of takealot again.
