Delivery sucks

I waited the whole of Saturday for an order to be delivered,

Takealot said it's a GUARANTEED delivery.Saturday afternoon I received an SMS that said the order will be delivered by 19:00 and another SMS that said the order is out on delivery. I received a call from the driver after 20:00 Saturday evening, I didn't answer because I wasn't home anymore, I wasn't going to wait 24 hours for a delivery.

There must be recourse for me, Consumer Protection Act etc.
