Delivery SMS everyday for week. Then sorry dumbbells' set damaged in transit. Really

I have been receiving sms's to tell me the delivery will be today. Everyday now for the last week. Call center is very apologetic but keeps you in the dark and cant tell me where my stuff is. So today there are refunds and reorders just popping up in my mail box. So check it out and they tell me the package was damaged. The kicker. It is a dumbbells' set. So obviously I am being fed lies.
