Delivery ****** (signed and collected by someone that wasn’t me)

I was supposed to receive my delivery today and when it reached 5pm and it hadn’t arrived, I checked my app. On the app I see that it was supposedly delivered and SIGNED BY ME? I didn’t receive anything. Very unprofessional that your delivery persons will just hand over my products to anyone. No form of checking that they’ve got the right person.

I was also phoned earlier in the day and asked if I would be available to receive it. I was also told that they’d phone me again when they arrive. Didn’t happen. Maybe phoning me as promised would have prevented this
