Delivery services pathetic

What a waste of a delivery services, these guys just waste your time and lie at the same time about delivery, paid for an order on a Wednesday, the say delivery will happen next, next comes, waiting waiting nothing happens around 16h07 get a msg the tried to delivery the parcel, but they didn't even call to find out were I am but in the report it says client was an available, pathetic, so please don't order from them just a waste of time, and the refund better be in my bank before COD today
