DELIVERY SERVICE SUX!!!!!!

I ordered some products and was told that delivery would happen on the 4th of May. I indicated that the delivery address would be my office building. I got a notification that the product would be delivered on the 3rd of May. By 15:19 on the 3rd I received an sms that delivery could not happen. I phoned and I then arrange that the product needed to be delivered on the 7th of May. I went into a meeting on the 7th, but didn't worry, because normally the Takealot delivery people go to our reception at our admin building were I'm based and leave the package there if we are not available. NO ONE WENT TO RECEPTION on the 7th and I guess that NO DELIVERY GUY went to reception on the 3rd as well. THE PERSON JUST SAT IN THE PARKING AREA AND PHONE MY MOBILE!!!!! Really my question is: WHY DID THE GUY NOT GET OUT OF HIS CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a lady that always do the deliveries here at my office - WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT THIS NEW GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm disappointed and will be telling every body here at work NOT TO ORDER FROM TAKEALOT ANY MORE!!!
