**** delivery & service provider

I was so excited and I ordered something 4 days ago and I am still waiting for my delivery. The delivery service is terrible and unorganised and unprofessional. Most people work and can't always be at home to collect a parcel. Also confirming a time doesn help either cause the come at their own God damn times anyways. I refuse to pay a deliver fee on a free delivery day and I feel that I should get a discount on my parcel to poor service performance. I am utterly disappointed. I don't wantyo support a service where they Rob you and do things they way they want too.
