Delivery service is the worse

I placed a order for some items on the website. This is not the first time making use of Takealot infact it was my preferred online choice. Never would i have imagen that i would write a negative review. Order number ***3 was placed in last week and as per commination they stated they will deliver before friday. I started tracking my order and noticed the 2nd day the first note on my account the address provided not sufficient i wound that strange cause my very firtst order till current my address was the same not once was there a problem. The delivery was then scheduled for the next day and yet again same message. I then called in asking whats happening they said the will escalate the matter. Nothing came from that i then decided the log a complaint and the return was they will schedule for the next day and someone will call me when there is a problem. No call instead yet another message to say the reception was not available this is a load of bull cause there is always security and reception is always at front desk especially now with covert 19 protocols in place. i then complain again and the same thing was explained. They the rescheduled for the monday pass stating someone will call me again no call and when i got to work my packedge was waiting for me amazingly. I wish i could say that was it when i opened my packedge my item i ordered didnt work at all i logged a return and was advised that 09/12/2020 the item will be collected. ***7............. and when i logged in to track the order know and behold the same **** started yet again message on the tracking to say no one was available................. the delivery service is the worse and i would advise you guys to really look into it cause you going to loose loyal customers i will not order something anytime soon. i would rather risk getting covert at a shop then to order at takealot anytime soon worse service ever........................... problem still not solved
