Delivery service is pathetic

While Takealot offers an easy and efficient platform, their delivery service falls short due to the behavior of their delivery personnel. I have had a few unpleasant scenarios and it's disheartening to note the stark contrast in service quality based on location. Ordering for my mom in the township often results in a disgraceful experience compared to when I order for myself in the suburbs. The evident lack of people skills and disregard for providing good service is disappointing. It's unacceptable to profile customers and deliver subpar service simply because they reside in less affluent neighborhoods. Takealot must address these issues, educate their staff and ensure consistent service standards for all customers, regardless of their location.
