Delivery service has become pathetic

<p>I have had two orders in a row where the delivery has either been damaged or wrong. The first one was damaged, which you are busy exchanging. But now today I received my order that i placed yesterday and half the order is completely wrong. I ordered 2 fans and received cat food! i ordered these fans due to the heat, and now with your slow exchange policy i wont get these till next week. You havent ever disappointed me with service/delivery before, but two bad deliveries in a row is not acceptable. Either you need to review your delivery company or someone at your actual company is not doing their job properly. Either way, i will not be ordering off your site going forward as it is now unreliable. </p>
