Delivery Service

Takealot's delivery service is terrible for the most part. They always state delivery in a range between 08h00 and 17h00 on any given day so you can end up waiting an entire day. 99% of the time nobody calls prior to arriving, they just show up and most drivers will not wait, so if you went to the shop to grab a few things and you miss their arrival your delivery will be rescheduled. If the time goes beyond 5pm and they have not delivered, they simply state that "recipient wasnt available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule" instead of taking accountability for their delay or simply calling you to explain and reschedule. Really *********** and not customer focused.
