Delivery service
I ordered 3 items on the 17 of october from takealot. It was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday 25 October 2023 between 08:00 and 17:00. I waited the whole day to atleast get a call to tell me they delivering to me and they outside. They havent delivered up to now not even a call to tell me why my items were not delivered to me. Im very disappointed in the service from takelot.useless system and site... Rather order from companies that provide better service...

27 Oct 2023, 18:04Im angry now. 1 of my items i ordered was lost in transit. So now they tell i got to wait another week for them messing up my delivery. Pathetic service from takealot. Waste of time.they cnt deliver to my adress in 45 min, from where they supposed to deliver it to me they lost it. If takealot was service delivery like the sa government they will deliver maybe 50 yrs later or still will be waiting for them to deliver my items.
