Delivery ****

I bought an item on wed 26th Nov and paid for delivery for Thursday. It is th 29th of Nov my parcel has not been delivered but i received an sms notifying me that they delivered. I contacted Takealot and they gave my details to the driver who tell me he still has my parcel. The driver has not made the delivery i paid for an instapot for 2.8k for people to give me the run around. I am appauled at the service i have received... i have never experienced such. I am still waiting for the parcel that cannot be traced.
