Delivery rescheduled due to driver Incompetence

Expected a delivery today then got notification at 1:20 to say the driver was at my house but no one was here. I was here the whole time. Phoned the call centre immediately and spoke to Manfred who phoned the driver who was apparently still in the area and would drop my delivery off and will phone to make sure they are at the right place this time. He did not pitch then at 2:15 I received notification that my delivery had been rescheduled. I phoned the call centre again and was told the issue would be escalated and I would get feedback. Nothing. So I called again and was told unfortunately no drivers were in my area anymore so they can't help me. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!! I have been inconvenienced because your driver did not do his job, I purposely stayed at home to ensure I'm here for the delivery.
