Delivery query affecting me now

I am feeling so disappointed with takealot service I bought Air fryer 25 July and give them full information on my delivery destination. My parcel was supposed to reach me by 26 July, now is the 1st they telling me my parcel went to wrong direction. Now is the 01st of August still waiting. I feeling pain now
