Delivery process

I'm so annoyed and disappointed in Takealot .. when it's time to deliver my package get lost it's 3 times now same story.. will I like my package Mara how a package get lost 3 times haiboo and when you call customer care they give you attitude mxm and if they can't deliver my package they must just refund me once..
