Delivery process

Really disappointed in Takealot. Made a purchase yesterday with the idea of having it delivered today before 5 as that is the option I chose.

It is now 14:22 and the parcel have not even been shipped from the warehouse to the courier facility. This the second this is happening in a row now. The previous time I had to sit and wait outside in the street of my business because the delivery was late. Seems like it will happen again today.

This is unacceptable. You think you pay R99 a month with the hope that the service would at least be a little better but in actual fact it's worse.

I'm so irritated with this. You cannot call anyone because no one ever answers a phone at customer support and when you log it on the website they just say they don't know when the delivery will take place whereas it haven't even been shipped from the warehouse house.

This is nonsense.

If I wanted to get my parcel delivered at a different time I would've selected a different date.

I cannot sit and hope and pray that my parcel be delivered on time every time I make a purchase
