Delivery problems!

I'm very unsatisfied with takealot's service. I ordered a package on the 13th of January 2021 and the package should've arrived today the 14th. However, takealot got my address wrong and after I left multiple notes and sent multiple emails with the correct address as well as notes stating please call when at gate as it is not the correct address. I received no correspondence from takealot whatsoever. I also didn't receive any correspondence on whether my package is close by. However, on the app it clearly states the package has been delivered and signed and received by me - which is absolutely not true! I had to ask my neighbors whether they might have received it and the one lady (not so impressed) told me she received it after she told the delivery guy multiple times this is not her package, the delivery guy proceeded to give her the package and have the audacity to state on the app that I received and signed for it. I received the box open!!

Truely disappointed in takealot, I hope they will contact me with reference to this.
