Delivery problems... 22 days late and system says deliver... Nothing delivered yet!

This is more aimed towards the courier company take a lot is using fast and Furious... However Take a lot reply on queries is also frustrating. I ordered my parcel on the 5th of February and it was handed to the courier by the 10th of February. I first saw on the app it said it was splitting the parcel in 2... Then I see the one part has been delivered and today I see the other part has been delivered. I have NOT received anything. I have been on email contact with take alot regarding this however they keep asking for my patience while they are in contact with the courier and trying to resolve the issue... I don't even know where my parcel is. Right at the beginning I received an email to confirm my delivery address, which I did. Then 18 days later a courier delivery person called me from another province apparently delivering my parcel. I am just annoyed because I have not received anything and it is difficult to find out what is going on or where my parcel is... Everytime I email takealot another customer agent respond again saying they are in contact with the courier and will revert back... It has been since the 10 of February and still nothing delivered. This is ridiculous!!! I have never had this issue, as I have ordered many times and usually my order comes early, but now I hear the delivery person is a different person and now it is all a mess!!! Really disappointed that this is happening, especially because I have Birthday gifts that was suppose to be here for a birthday tomorrow 5th March.... Not happy!
