Delivery person ****!!!! N that's not okay

I ordered in takealot.com and my delivery was supposed to be today, I wanted the whole day for it and nothing came thru, now the person who was supposed to deliver **** and said "the recipient wasn't available for the delivery" as per my order status at the moment. That's a lie, he probably couldn't make n decided to lie. My order is cash on delivery and tomorrow I have to be at the office, i waited the whole today for them to come thru and they didn't. This is annoying I wonder who they going to find tomorrow at home because I'm not going to be around. What a let down
