Delivery Payment, No Delivery

Order***6, Nobody ever came to my company on saturday... 27th... but i had to pay for ****ing delivery ????? now i had to reschedule my delivery to tomorrow the 28th , but cannot change my delivery address... I WONT BE AT WORK TO COLLECT THE PARCEL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED!!! YOU GUYS ARE ****ING USELESS!!!
