Delivery Pathetic No Communication

Takealot, I am now fed up with you.

Why must getting a order delivered be so complicated? What is going in with you guys this last year? You are going backwards very fast Ordering from takealot has now just become a pain and stressful.

Please check my history, youll see this last year has been returns, delivery issues or when your supplier does not fix things.

You need to look at who are supplying things on your website and regulate it, some of your stuff are things you can buy for 70% less on geek or wish. Example your dash cams. I had to wait 3 weeks for my faulty dashcam.

I have now been waiting for a week or more for the light, your drivers just drop my order, dont get me to sign for anything and speed off before I am able to check or communicate properly.

I am done with takealot. Please put my credit into my bank account. Pull up your socks, go check hello peter and youll see so many issues pertaining to delivery. Its not that hard, and then you want to charge so much for delivery!
