Delivery out of date

I had placed an order on the 29th of November at takealot.come paperless no: ********** 2 (Ref. ********** ) and they said it will be delivered by the 1st of December, till today I have not recieved it and they have the nerve to send me an email yesterday to tell me to contact them withon 48hrs or else they going to cancel my order and put my money in my profile, like really I paid cash out of my pocket not through my profile. They must refund my money into my account so I can stop buying from them and go to Makro to buy what they failed to deliver.

Worse of, there is no option of deleating the account. I want to close it as they mistreated me.
