Delivery Options
<p>Hi</p> <p>Firstly I need to just commend you guy's on your all round excellent service, that's just my opinion. </p> <p> </p> <p>With regards to your delivery options. Is there a possibility for your drivers, if it's safe, to leave small items like toiletries over the wall of your premises. It needs to be understood not everyone is able to afford weekend delivery charges, are not able to pick-up up items at the warehouse and aren't able to receive items at their place of employment. If the correct steps are taken, how possible is this? Lastly, why are the free app deliveries no longer available? </p>

To answer your question regarding our couriers leaving parcels for customers in a safe place when they are not available to accept delivery.
We feel that this could lead to possible risk of theft and therefore have not actioned such requests.
In light of what you have mentioned, we are looking at ways in which we could implement new developments that will satisfy the need you have just brought to our attention.
Lastly, our free app deliveries was a limited promotion we ran which ended on 19 March 2016.
All deliveries are still free for purchases over R250.00.
