Delivery on Takealot

Used to love takealot.com... but now have to deal with rigid bureaucracy. Preordered iPhone and it arrived on a Friday in my hometown at 11:00. They will be unable to deliver until Monday. I offered to go to their warehouse to collect - this is not allowed. Can he Mr D people come earlier - no response. So frustrating knowing that something that you looked forward to is less than 5 km away but you are unable to access it to some "RULES"
