Delivery on a Sunday
Ordered stuff on Friday afternoon to be delivered on Sunday. Delivery company phoned on Saturday but they were at the wrong address. On Sunday at 13h00 no delivery I phoned Takealot and the call center person assured me that my parcel will be delivered. At 15h00 I got a sms stating that it will only be delivered on Monday. I immediately phoned and spoke to Frazaanah and I was really not impressed and even assuring me that I will get my delivery cost back I was not very satisfied because I wanted it on Sunday but to my surprise my parcel was deliverd at 16h45 and I think it is thanks to Frazaanah.
