Delivery of Used Items

I placed Odder on the 25th of Dec 2022 and my Order was delivered to the wrong adress

The driver collected the Items from the wrong adress and delievered to me

However some of my Items where used and consumed

Everytime i contact take a lot i am being told that my case is under investigation untill today 18 Jan 2023, i am still not refunded
