Delivery of products in pieces

i purchased 5 items on [URL Removed] without any communication the goods were just delivered and left with my receptionist, the couriers had let her sign for it and i collected from her while they were driving away, anyway i put all the goods in my car, when i got home i opened them, all, but there was something strange about the Hoover wet & dry vacuum, the box felt like its been tampered with before the blue and white takealot seal was app****, all that kept the box open on top was this red warning sticker, anyways i opened the box and right ontop found broken plastic pieces and the handle on the top was cracked , i didn't even open it up any further and logged a return request, i recall receiving damaged goods before from both kalahari and takealot but kalahari's service delivery was much better they would call me to arrange collection immediately after the return is logged, but since they \tied the knot"takealot service is bad bad bad! i need to find a new online store! <br> <br> surely the couriers could feel and hear the broken pieces in the box before they delivered it thats why they did not wait for me to come sign for it they just left it with reception and ran off!
