Delivery of Parcel

The company's delivery process is shocking. Delivery address is a business and the delivery man arrives after the close of business. I ask them to deliver the next day before cob and again they don't pitch before then. There is also no way to contact anyone to find out where the package is or why it is not being delivered as per the customer's request.
