Delivery of parcel

I have pre-ordered a game and I am awaiting delivery. Delivery date was supposed to be for the 26th October however when tracking my parcel on the app it says delivery date will be for the 29th. After querying this matter I was reassured by Charne Searle that my parcel will arrive the 26th. Nothing has arrived. I will never pre-order anything from Takealot again and will urge others not to as their delivery system does not work.
