Delivery of Incomplete goods from takealot and no responsibility taken

Ordered a George & Mason sleeper couch. Delivered without legs nor armrests. Requested a return so they could send the correct and complete item. Was promised feedback within 24 hours still waiting for such. Very disappointed as the period I needed the item for the most to accommodate guests has passed and the delays have cost me.

My emails haven't been answered to date and review denied on their site. I hope they can at least redeem themselves by assisting with a cancelation and a refund because I no longer trust them. They put time frames on service that they cannot honor, and now I find myself stuck with an item I cannot assemble nor use without the legs.
