Delivery of 3rd Party

I never experienced a problem with takealot, but i am really disappointed today. My urgent parcel should have been delivered on the 13th of March 24, still today i did not receive my parcel. I called twice with no feedback, only answer is that the parcel is with a thrid party courier service, Courier It. Takalot, if you have a 3rd party courier service get one that is trustworthy. I have lost business because of the parcel not being delivered on time.

You say that you will give feedback but none. This is very unprofesional of you.. You say that the delivery date on the app, but you do not honor it.

Please i need my parcel asap
