Delivery of 2 boxes - incomplete items

The experience I received with Takealot doesn’t deserve a 1 star 🙄 as a requirement to submit a review!

Long story short - ordered an item to be delivered only box 2 of 2. Box 1 wasn’t delivered. A month of back and forth, Takealot couldn’t even find the parcel to complete the order. Countless emails and stipulated we want the item “replaced with complete order” there response was nothing to be told we will offer you a refund or credit. 2 days later the same item was on the website at a price higher than what we originally purchased it at.

For Takealot not to own up and satisfy a customer that originally ordered an item with 18 in stock then deliver a box short, you have lost a customer and will never buy on your platform again!
