Delivery not received despite being at home

I pay a monthly fee for Takealot Now which includes features such as same day delivery on orders placed before 11am.

I'm at home awaiting my delivery, to which I receive a notification stating that the recipient (myself) was not available for delivery.

I have dogs that bark at anyone at my gate alerting me when someone is outside, in fact they will bark at anyone or anything outside my gate.

At no point did someone attempt to ring the bell, call my number or knock at the gate.

So disappointed as I was at home and no attempt was made to reach me.

Funny enough MrD has a live tracking, however, takealot just informs you that your delivery is out and will be delivered before 7pm🤔
