Delivery Not Received

We left a note on our garage door requesting that the delivery person should ring our front door bell. And we left our front door wide open. It would seem that the delivery person sat and hooted outside and when he did not get a response he handed our parcels to some unknown person in the street claiming to be our neighbour. Now we are waiting for Takealot to investigate what happened to our parcels, while we sit without our goods and are out of pocket. This is really not good enough service. Delivery should be made to the person who ordered the goods and the delivery person should walk to the front gate of the house and ring the bell! Where are our goods Takealot?
