Delivery not received

TAKEALOT IS USELESS!!!!!!!!! I placed an order on Friday the 08 Nov 2024 with Takealot, they acknowledged the order and said it would be delivered on the on the 14 Nov 2024 then I waited the day till 15:35 when I logged in to takealot to track my order only to find out my order is being rescheduled to Friday 15 Nov 2024 no sms or call to tell me the reason why they scheduled my order, so I emailed and called them today the call centre lady just said sorry but she doesn’t know why my parcel is scheduled for tomorrow. No response from the email I sent. Takealot unprofessional when it comes to communication we are supporting your business atleast be nice to us
