Delivery not received

I ordered a bed for my bed and I waited the whole day for the delivery which is not a problem but when the delivery came the delivery guy couldn’t even get my address right and he did not in bother to call me and tell me that my delivery is ready. After that he had the nerve to return with the delivery , after that they sent me an SMS telling me that my delivery has been returned because I was not there to receive it after waiting the whole day for the delivery 😭😡 even now I’m still waiting for my delivery . I could not even give the driver proper directions because he was shouting at me and he switched off the phone while I was talking.

So they rescheduled my delivery for another day which I don’t know when no communication no email no SMS nothing 🤬
