Delivery no delivery

Very poor service, ordered a book and puzzle on the 16th of January and still haven't received the order. Each day I get an SMS that the order will be delivered before 17:00 the afternoon just to receive a SMS that the order was delayed and that they will contact me. After they never contacted me, I contacted them... they told me that my adres wasn't right and even after sending them a photo, the GPS coördinates, a google maps link as well as a link to the office's website (which is a well known building in Pretoria) they still couldn't find me and they won't let me pick the order up... I currently have no idea where the order is since the app says that it's been delivered and I've received an Email saying I should collect it at some branch (which one they don't say)
