Delivery Nightmare!

I ordered and paid for a VR Box and Gas Stove on the 4th of November 2019 and only received the VR Box on the 13th after the delivery was delayed, I called in on the same day the 13th to tell them that i only received 1 item and they only did the split order on the 22nd and today 26th they tell me that they are still doing investigations and that i must wait another week just for feedback. I'm afraid to even cancel because that will take another lifetime just to get my money back.
